Accountability Check-In's for your Health Goals

I help you stay accountable and on track to your goals. It's pretty simple - share your goal and timeline with me and I will help you plan ahead and troubleshoot obstacles.

  • Hit weekly/bi-weekly targets

  • Troubleshoot challenges

  • Feel in control of your body

  • Work through limiting beliefs

  • Strategize how to maintain progress once you've hit your goal(s)

There is something about knowing another human is reading our message that helps us stay on track with fat-loss goals.

How does it work?

After booking, schedule your preferred check-in day on the booking calendar

Submit the New Client Intake Form

Set aside 5-10 minutes on your check-in day to submit your check-in feedback **If I do not hear from you on your check-in day, I will follow up with you no later than the following day.
